In Boro Park
The couch is a good quality couch, leather, springs r intact, comfortable, some worn spots, 2 small tears
The breakfront is in good condition, one glass pane is missing, a few missing handles
The table is a sturdy pedestal
No arm chairs, 6 chairs, upholstery fully intact and plastic covered, finish a bit worn, needs some brackets to steady
